IOSCO has members from over 100 countries, who regulate more than 95% of the world\’s securities markets.

The global securities and futures markets are governed by a coalition of organizations known as the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). Members are usually the principal financial regulator from each nation or the key securities and/or futures regulator in a certain national jurisdiction.

Members of IOSCO inform and warn the organization about companies that are not permitted to offer investment services in the country that issued the alert or warning. A few of the alerts or cautions concern illegitimate companies that use names that are similar to those of allowed companies or that make fraudulent claims to be affiliated with permitted companies.

Members of IOSCO voluntarily offer the alerts and warnings that are listed in the attached list. The IOSCO member issuing the alerts and warnings is accountable for their contents. Not every IOSCO member has issued an alert or a warning; this is not an exhaustive list.
